Food we really enjoyed in Japan (Part 4)

Gyoza - Japanese dumplings. The very topic of my TV interview back in Tokyo and yes these 'bad boys' are totemo oishii desu na!

We found them pre-maded in packets in the supa. 

Pan-fried in a little oil under a lid until the bottom is browned and crispy, and the rest of the dumpling is steamed - then served in soy sauce! Brilliant!
